Introduction
We’re looking for a Learning and Development Business Partner to join our expanding team and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning solutions across the Group.
You’ll lead on in-house operational training across our contact centre, management development, induction and onboarding programmes, and practical and behavioural training.
You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, create engaging blended learning solutions using modern tools and AI, and measure the return on investment to ensure every learning intervention delivers real impact.

Responsibilities
- Partner with operational and business leaders to identify learning and development needs across the Group.
- Design and develop high-quality, innovative learning solutions using modern design tools, e-learning platforms, and AI-assisted content creation.
- Deliver engaging, practical training sessions both in person and virtually.
- Lead on key programmes including induction, onboarding, management development, and contact centre training.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and ROI through data and feedback analysis.
- Support and embed continuous learning culture and best practice across the business.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align learning with business objectives.
- Champion blended learning and digital transformation within L&D.
Personal qualities, experience and skills
- At least 3 years Learning & Development experience, ideally within a contact centre or operational setting.
- Strong understanding of the full training cycle — needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills (classroom and virtual).
- Proven experience designing blended and digital learning using tools such as Articulate, EasyGenerator, or AI-enabled platforms.
- Ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Learning and development qualification such as CIPD.
- Confident, passionate L&D professional with proven experience.
- Creative and motivated to continuously improve learning outcomes.
