Accessibility Statement
CDER Group Limited is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users. We strive to provide an inclusive, accessible experience for everyone, regardless of their abilities or disabilities.
We strive to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA, as set out by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and our website, www.cdergroup.co.uk, has been tested against the WCAG guidelines . These guidelines aim to make web content more accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments
Non-accessible content
Our website www.cdergroup.co.uk is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard due to the non-compliances listed below. The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
- We do not fully meet the WCAG standard due to the use of two of our corporate colours (blue, light teal) which are used throughout our website and which do not meet the required contrast ratio thresholds in the WCAG.This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.4.11 (non-text contrast).
To address this, and to further ensure our website is usable by everybody regardless of disability, age, or neurodiversity, we provide an accessibility toolbar on our website. This toolbar enables website visitors to customise their experience through a range of options to suit their online accessibility and language needs.
Our website has been designed with a clear and consistent layout with logical heading structures to otherwise assist with navigation. We have worked to make the text as simple to understand as possible.
Key Accessibility Features
To customise their own experience to meet their needs, website users can choose to launch the accessibility toolbar and easily make adjustments such as:
- Change contrast levels, such that they meet or exceed the standards required by WCAG2.2 AA
- Modify the font, colours, line height or spacing of text
- Zoom in up to 200% without text spilling off the screen
- Change the size of the browser window without losing text
- Navigate the website using just a keyboard
