Payment Portals
The quickest and easiest way to make a payment is through our online Payment Portals.
Please have your CDER reference number and Client reference number on hand. These are located at the top right of the letter we sent you.
In the customer portal you can:
- Set up and manage your account
- Set up a payment plan
- Update your details
Select the right portal for the type of debt you are paying
The portals are open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. They are quick, easy and secure.
We accept most major credit and debit cards, or you can pay securely from your bank account using your online or mobile banking app.

Other ways to pay
IMPORTANT: You must use your CDER Group Reference Number when you pay to ensure we can correctly allocate your payment to your account. This number can be found on the top right-hand side of any letter you have received from us. If you do not provide this reference, we may not be able to process your payment properly and credit your account.

You can pay by cheque, bank draft or postal order. Please make items payable to “CDER Group Limited”, write your name, address and CDER Reference on the back, and send to:

Please do not send cash by post.
