Customer Care Administrator

Position: Customer Care Administrator

Location: London

Salary: £19,747.00

Contract: Full Time – Permanent

Introduction
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, the Customer Care Administrator is based in London and is responsible for the day to day administration of customer care queries. In order to carry out the role you will liaise with various teams based in London.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that incoming emails are answered in a timely manner and that responses are in line with company guidelines and procedures and client SLA times
  • Ensure that customer care responses adhere to all applicable internal and external guidelines
  • Where needed contact customers directly in order to ensure that their query has been resolved
  • Provide data to the Customer Care Manager as required on the volume and type of cases being handled
  • Negotiate solutions to customer queries that balance their needs with that of CDER Group
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure that common issues are recognised and communicated to the relevant managers
  • Assist other departments as and when necessary.

Customer Care Apprentice

Position: Customer Care Apprentice

Location: London

Salary: £300.00 Per Week

Introduction

This role is based in London and reports to the Customer Care Manager. This role is responsible for assisting the Customer Care Assistant’s in the day to day running of the Customer Care Team. Your usual point of contact will be the Customer Care Manager who is responsible for the majority of your workload.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that incoming post is opened and categorised in a timely manner and responses are in line with company guidelines and procedures
  • Distribute workloads to each member of the team via the internal correspondence system
  • Assist the Customer Care Assistant’s in dealing with all aspects of their role including producing warrants and receipts for customers and responding to basic enquiries.
  • Provide data and compile reports for the Customer Care Manager on the volume and type of cases being handled
  • Assist the London Complaints team by ensuring high level complaints are passed over in a timely manner
  • Any other ad hoc tasks that may be required

Introduction

This role is based in our London office and reports to the Head of Audit and Compliance. This role is responsible for the daily auditing of audio and visual recordings of our field Enforcement Agents and audio recordings of Call Centre operators, highlighting breaches in compliance where necessary. You will also be involved in initiatives and projects that help to promote the safeguarding of the company, our clients and the community we engage with on a daily basis

Responsibilities

  • Overview of responsibilities.
  • Download, review and cross reference calls in line with the CDER Group Enforcement Agent charter, raising exceptions to the Line Managers and Audit team
  • Complete accurate audit reports on each review activity
  • Identify trends and make recommendations for mitigating risk
  • Communicate the audit requirements to the rest of the business
  • Participation in team briefings, run by the Audit Supervisor, to review the auditing processes and ensure consistency of approach
  • Undertake such training as required to ensure all potential risks to the business are identified and resolved
  • Contribute to departmental continuous improvement including recommending best practice
  • Help the business maintain the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 accreditations relating to Quality, Environmental Impacts and Health and Safety
  • Other ad hoc tasks when required to do so

Client Officer

Position: Client Officer

Location: London

Salary: £22,000

Introduction

Client Officers provide a vital role for CDER group in supporting the Client Team Manager and Client Account Managers in ensuring the delivery of a first-rate service to our clients. The Client Officer will provide day to day support to our clients through telephone and email contact and undertake various administrative duties to support our clients’ needs and requests. Based in Central London the role demands exceptional communication skills and attention to detail ensuring that our clients demands are met and carried out in an accurate and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone, email and web-access support to our clients ensuring client requests are recorded and cases updated accordingly or escalated and monitored for timely resolution
  • Review and distribute weekly and monthly performance reports to clients
  • Facilitate the production of ad-hoc client reports, special requests and statistical information
  • Monitor the timely dispatch of client remittances
  • Ensure invoice and remittance queries are responded to correctly and without delay
  • Identify client web requirements and provide training as required
  • Support the Client Managers in the provision of information and reports required for performance review meetings and the subsequent action of any minuted requests/queries
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure refund requests and complaints via the client are processed within the agreed timescales.
  • Manage client concerns and compliments and escalate these to the Client Managers
  • Complete case sample auditing for all contracts and upon client request and escalate any failure points to the relevant Client Manager
  • Maintain excellent communication lines across departments to ensure client specifications and contract conditions are understood and adhered to
  • Support the development of a team structure and share best practice with colleagues

  • A minimum of 1-year customer service or client relationship management experience is essential with a passion for excellent customer service

Assistant Contract Manager

Position: Assistant Contract Manager

Location: London

Salary: £25,000-£27,000 depending on experience

Introduction

The Assistant Contract Manager will be a direct support to the Contract Manager and will be assisting to ensure that relationships with our existing clients are maintained and that contract specifications are adhered to.  The role is based in London and reports to the Account Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for assigned contracts and client relationships, working closely with Transport for London (TfL) and Highways England
  • Work within the Client team to ensure overall client satisfaction targets are achieved.
  • Ensuring contract adherence, excellent service delivery and performance targets
  • Provide day to day support for TfL and Highways England and ensure timely responses to queries and reporting deadlines.
  • Guide and support the Client Liaison Assistants.
  • Complete audit activity to monitor contract and legal compliance – internal and upon client request and escalate compliance fails
  • Complete TfL and Highways England weekly and monthly reports
  • Ensure CRM compliance to include copy minutes and communications logs.
  • Ensure prompt action point completion and operational liaison.
  • Support the Contract Manager in the smooth transition of new contracts and SLA’s.
  • Communicate contract specifications internally and ensure client scheme accuracy and updates.
  • Ensure regular warrant in-flow.
  • Attendance at industry events, meetings and seminars.

Introduction

Realistic earnings of £60k once qualified, this position is a field-based role learning the necessary skills to become a Certificated Enforcement Agent.

If you are self-motivated, enjoy being part of a successful team and are committed to helping people, why not consider our award-winning Trainee Enforcement Programme. Lasting for approximately 10-12 weeks, you will be paid a salary throughout the training period. Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Enforcement industry legislation, particularly the Laws Tribunals Courts & Enforcement Act 2007 and Taking Control of Goods, Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery, The Certification of Enforcement Agents Regulations 2014
  • Meet with an Enforcement Agent mentor in a timely fashion when undertaking “work shadowing” activities
  • Attend addresses, alongside a certificated Enforcement Agent and observe Taking Control of Goods if payment is not made
  • Ability to negotiate payment arrangements which complies with client and company guidelines
  • Upload notes, photos and fees from each visit to the case management system correctly
  • Be confident and self-motivated with the ability to achieve targets
  • Act in a professional manner at all times
  • Identify vulnerable groups and work within the company’s vulnerable group and safe-guarding policies
  • Adhere to company compliance and data protection throughout every visit

Position: Enforcement Support Assistant – New Work Uploads
Location: Darlington

The Enforcement Support team now includes roles that specifically focus on system administration, monitoring and controlling business processes specified by the management team that deliver the service to our EA’s, clients, and customers.

This role is responsible for the accurate management of new work uploaded to our operating system, Edge. This team member will work collaboratively with all other departments of the organisation and often work closely with our software development team and IT department.

This team member will work to ensure that the company meets its service delivery objectives, complying with regulations and with client contracts. They will also help to improve business processes, both proactively and reactively, enhancing overall business process quality and reliability.

Reporting to the Enforcement Support Team Leader, the position performs a range of daily administrative duties that are of a responsible and confidential nature. Care and attention to detail, with high accuracy, is important to several duties of this role to minimise risk of mistakes that could have a high impact on the business, customers, or our clients.

Enforcement Agents

Due to our continued year on year growth, we are looking for enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join our enforcement team.

If you are an existing Certificated Enforcement Agent, we will start issuing you work as soon as you have completed your CDER induction. In addition to generous commission rates, we will also pay you an additional commission payment for confirming that debtors have gone away (GANT). We are the only enforcement company in the industry to offer this reward. We will also provide you with continuous support, training and development throughout your career with CDER Group.
