Responsibilities

  • Ensure that incoming and outgoing telephone calls and email are conducted in a timely manner and in line with company Fairness in Operation policy and practices
  • Ensure all customer communications meet our internal and external process guidelines
  • Provide feedback to the Welfare Supervisor and Team Manager as required on the cases you are working
  • Ensure that calls are logged using the appropriate systems to maintain accurate records for both the clients and customers
  • Help customer to resolve their situation by understanding their needs and balancing them with that of our Clients

Certificated ANPR Enforcement Agent

Position: Certificated ANPR Enforcement Agent

Contract Type: Self-Employed and Employed positions available

Location: London – Field

Pay Rate: Realistic OTE £60,000

Introduction

Our certificated Enforcement Agents enforce warrants and liability orders for Local and Central Government as well as commercial clients. The certificated Enforcement Agent role is to locate vehicles using our ANPR system and database and negotiate payment with the customer. The role reports to the ANPR Enforcement Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Using the ANPR van and database, scan VRMs looking for vehicles with outstanding warrants and liability orders
  • Negotiate payment of outstanding warrants and liability orders with customers
  • Immobilise and instruct removal of the vehicles that are flagged on the ANPR database if payment is not made.
  • Identify vulnerabilities with customers and signpost accordingly.
  • Complete case reports upon request, using company standard reporting tools and the case management system.
  • Ensure notes, photos, and fees from each visit are added to the case management system correctly.
  • Ensure the ANPR data is updated as instructed.
  • Comply with company and client policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to National Standards at all times.
  • Ensure all company equipment including vehicles are maintained and report accidents, equipment problems etc according to company procedures.
  • Use Body Worn Video (BWV) on every customer interaction and download footage daily via WIFI.

  • Adhere to Enforcement industry legislation, particularly the Laws Tribunals Courts & Enforcement Act 2007 and Taking Control of Goods, Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery, The Certification of Enforcement Agents Regulations 2014
  • Meet with an Enforcement Agent mentor in a timely fashion when undertaking “work shadowing” activities
  • Attend addresses, alongside a certificated Enforcement Agent and observe Taking Control of Goods if payment is not made
  • Ability to negotiate payment arrangements which complies with client and company guidelines
  • Upload notes, photos and fees from each visit to the case management system correctly
  • Be confident and self-motivated with the ability to achieve targets

  • Identify vulnerable groups and work within the company’s vulnerable group and safe-guarding policies

Introduction

Client Liaison and Support Officers provide a vital role for CDER group in supporting Client Managers in ensuring the delivery of a first-rate service to our clients. The Client Liaison and Support Officer will provide day to day support to our clients through telephone and email contact and undertake various administrative duties to support our clients’ needs and requests. Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone, email and web-access support to our clients ensuring client requests are recorded and cases updated accordingly or escalated and monitored for timely resolution
  • Review and distribute weekly and monthly performance reports to clients
  • Compile and distribute weekly and monthly remit reports to clients.
  • Facilitate the production of ad-hoc client reports, special requests, and statistical information
  • Monitor the timely dispatch of client remittances
  • Ensure invoice and remittance queries are responded to correctly and without delay
  • Support the Client Managers in the provision of information and reports required for performance review meetings and the subsequent action of any minuted requests/queries
  • Ensure refund requests and complaints via the client are processed within the agreed timescales.
  • Manage client concerns and compliments and escalate these to the relevant Client Managers
  • Maintain excellent communication lines across departments to ensure client specifications and contract conditions are understood and adhered to
  • Work and contribute towards the development of an effective and productive team structure and share best practice with colleagues

Personal qualities, experience and skills

  • A minimum of 1-year customer service or client relationship management experience is essential with a passion for excellent customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent telephone and people skills with a friendly and outgoing nature
  • Self-motivated with great time and priority management – understands importance of deadlines
  • Excellent numeracy and IT skills (particularly Excel, Word)
  • Excellent attention to detail

The position of Video and Audio Auditor is based in our Bolton (Horwich) office and reports to our Head of Audit and Compliance, through the local team supervisor. This is not a finance role and no prior experience in auditing is required. The postholder will contribute to ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly audit KPIs are met when undertaking a wide range of audits.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring call centre and field agent activity is in-line with applicable legislation and regulations, company policy, procedures and that of data protection
  • Reviewing the audio and Body Worn Video footage of field agents and auditing the interaction during the visit against a set of criteria
  • Reviewing the transcription and Audio recordings of call centre operators and scoring against a set of criteria
  • To complete agent audits using a risk-based approach
  • Complete accurate audit reports on each review activity
  • Identifying any non-conformance and complete appropriate report on findings
  • Review and cross reference visits and call notes where appropriate as part of the investigation
  • Communicate findings to department Line Managers based on outcome.
  • Download Generate evidence where required.
  • Identify trends and make recommendations for mitigating risk.
  • Participation in team briefings, to review the auditing processes and ensure consistency of approach.
  • Undertake such training as required to ensure all potential risks to the business are identified and resolved.
  • Contribute to departmental continuous improvement including recommending best practice.
  • Additional company department audits determined through expansion of the compliance programme.
  • Other associated duties that the business may require in fulfilment of its compliance obligations.

Employed Enforcement Agent

Position: Employed Enforcement Agent 

Location: Field Based – Nationwide

Salary: £20,000 – £26,000 dependent on experience (realistic OTE 60k)

CDER is looking for enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join our enforcement team.

Our certificated Enforcement Agents enforce warrants and liability orders for various local authorities and commercial clients. The certificated Enforcement Agent’s role is to take control of goods to cover the amount a debtor owes.

The role reports to an Enforcement Manager and is based in the field.

If you are an existing Certificated Enforcement Agent, we will start issuing you work as soon as you have completed your CDER induction. In addition to generous commission rates, we will also pay you an additional commission payment for confirming that debtors have gone away (GANT). We are the only enforcement company in the industry to offer this reward. We will also provide you with continuous support, training and development throughout your career with CDER Group.

The position of the Arrest Officer plays an important role within CDER Group. You will be responsible for delivering a professional arrest service by the effective and efficient execution of arrest warrants.

Arrest Officers are required to visit customers at the addresses stated on warrants to obtain payment in full, execute warrants by arrest, arrest and bail or arranging a voluntary surrender. Where a customer is not present, you shall gather and submit relevant intelligence, making local enquiries to locate and effectively execute the warrant.

Responsibilities

  • Issue receipts for all payments received and to inform courts of all payments taken
  • Where necessary, to convey persons named on the warrants to courts, police stations or HMP
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and update handheld devices on actions taken
  • Undertake any training necessary for the role including but not limited to, tactical communication, conflict management and breakaway techniques
  • Follow Approved Enforcement Agencies and Prisoner Escorted Contracts Awarded (AEA/PECS) protocol
  • Review and update risk assessments, highlighting concerns to ensure a proportionate response
  • Ensure post incident procedures are followed
  • Comply with all body worn video (BWV) training and compliance
  • Carry out any other tasks as required in connection with the service, execution or return of warrants, summonses, orders, and notices, including obtaining and reporting information regarding the customer and/or the actions taken in executing a warrant
  • Prepared to work warrants within Regions across England to meet client demands
  • Prepared to work varied times of the day to meet the needs of the warrant

Personal qualities, experience and skills

  • Articulate, numerate and able to communicate and interact with others at all levels
  • Ability to manage conflict
  • High level of self-motivation and able to work between 6am and 9pm
  • Ability to manage and organise large volumes of warrants to meet KPI’s
  • Able to act on your own initiative within the law, legislation, and policy
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Full training will be provided

Introduction

CDER is looking for enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join our enforcement team.

Our certificated Enforcement Agents enforce warrants and liability orders for various local authorities and commercial clients. The certificated Enforcement Agent’s role is to take control of goods to cover the amount a debtor owes. The role reports to the Head of Enforcement and is based in the field.

If you are an existing Certificated Enforcement Agent, we will start issuing you work as soon as you have completed your CDER induction. In addition to generous commission rates, we will also pay you an additional commission payment for confirming that debtors have gone away (GANT). We are the only enforcement company in the industry to offer this reward. We will also provide you with continuous support, training and development throughout your career with CDER Group.

Responsibilities

  • Attend addresses as indicated on the liability order/warrant of control and remove goods if payment is not made following company procedures and completing necessary documentation at all times or, discuss a suitable arrangement which complies with client and company guidelines
  • Identify if a debtor is in a vulnerable category and if so make an appropriate payment arrangement
  • Complete case reports upon request, using company standard report
  • Add notes, photos and fees from each visit to the case management system correctly
  • Be at the first address at the ‘prime collection time’ of 6am each day
  • Comply with company and client policies and procedures
  • Adhere to National Standards
  • Ensure all company equipment including vehicles are maintained and report accidents, equipment problems etc according to company procedures
  • Use Body Worn Video (BWV) and download footage daily via WIFI
  • Participate in training and development as and when required
  • Complete all Enforcement types at company request

  • Certificated Enforcement Agent by a county court
  • Confident, self-motivated, trustworthy and organised
  • Competent computer skills
  • Good judge of character
  • Being physically able to lift and remove goods
  • Have an excellent knowledge of Enforcement Agent Laws
