Introduction

This role is based in Bolton and reports to the Welfare Supervisor. This role is responsible for assisting the Welfare Supervisor in the day to day running of the Welfare department. Your usual point of contact will be the Welfare Supervisor who is responsible for the majority of your workload.

Introduction

 Reporting to the Group Training Manager the Learning & Development Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Group Training Department. The Training Administrator is a team player who communicates well with people of all levels and has fantastic organisational skills.

 Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all Training Enquiries via Phone / Email

Description

Based in our Bolton office, this role is a critical hire for the group. You will be charged with the continuation of our pursuit to deliver fairness in everything that we do across our engagement with customers and with direct responsibility for the management of our Welfare, Customer Care and Complaints departments, as well as playing your part in the site senior leadership team at the Bolton Office.

We are looking for an experienced customer service practitioner, who is experienced and willing to work at an operational level. Ideally, at ease initiating and executing champion/challenge strategies, and executing carefully orchestrated change initiatives to continuously develop and enhance your service standards. The Enforcement Support Assistant provides essential administration and support to CDER Enforcement Agents working in the field.

The post holder will be responsible for monitoring the activity of Enforcement Agents, ensuring that they are on duty when expected, in the planned areas and proactively managing their workloads.

The role is based in CDER Group’s office in Darlington on a shift pattern and will require the post holder to be flexible in terms of hours of duty.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for making and receiving calls to Enforcement Agents and answering their questions and queries
  • Undertake actions and activities in relation to operational needs such as HPI queries, company tracing, statement of account requests, auto reports produced, vehicle removal requests and payments
  • Support the Head of Enforcement in the allocation of work to Enforcement Agents using the Hito Edge system
  • Responsibility for undertaking regular case audits ensuring Enforcement Agents are acting compliantly at all times
  • Accountability for the monitoring and achievement of the Enforcement team’s KPIs and client contractual deliverables and the completion of daily informative updates to the management team
  • Responsibility for the monitoring of the teams Hito Edge workflow queues, performing required activities on individual cases blocked or returned by EAs such as Gone Away No Trace cases and spotted vehicle reports
  • Oversee and validate overpayments and refunds as 3rd party invoices such as vehicle removal, storage and auction costs
  • Oversee the removal of goods process and manage the necessary correspondence to customers
  • Responsibility for day to day liaison with debtors via telephone to arrange appointments for EA visits
  • Gather information from Enforcement Agents to support any complaints
  • Resolve financial queries on behalf of the accounts department such as late banking, chargeback and none updated Enforcement Agent payments
  • Co-ordinate and manage day to day EA requirements including vehicle requirements, uniforms, stationary etc
  • Keep records of Enforcement Agent absences/holidays and forwarding this on a weekly basis to the HR department
  • Maintain and update a Health and Safety log of incidents relating to Enforcement Agents and provide this data to the HR department on a weekly basis
  • Upload of Bail / No Bail Warrants and Commercial rent cases to Hito Edge

Introduction

The Audit and Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative and contractual requirements and that business performance is maintained. Monitoring compliance and managing and supporting the CDER internal audit team on a day to day basis is the main focus of this role.

Reporting to the Head of Audit and Compliance, the postholder will contribute to the development of existing audit process and systems across the Group and will assist in their implementation and review, ensuring that all audit functions in the Group are undertaken in a consistent manner, with priorities established by adopting a risk-based approach. The role is predominately based in CDER’s Bolton office but will require ad-hoc travel to and from other CDER Group companies and sites across England and Wales.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day leadership and management of the CDER Group Audit department. The department comprises assistants and team supervisors over multiple sites, conducting Call Centre and Enforcement Agent audits in accordance with agreed risks and priorities
  • Day to day management of audit volume in line with business and client KPI’s
  • Ensure all escalated complaint audit reviews of Call Centre, BWV and audio are undertaken in a timely manner ensuring that outcome reports are clear and concise and address all aspects of the complaint
  • Identify key issues and trends through audits and complaints that may require increased focus in daily audits
  • Contribute to the development of the CDER Group Audit teams ensuring that they are provided with clear leadership and support, undertake monthly 1-2-1s, manage all annual leave and sickness in accordance with CDER Group policies
  • Prepare and present monthly audit and compliance reports for the Head of Audit & Compliance
  • Prepare and present a monthly audit and compliance report to key contact center stakeholders
  • Play an active role in delivering excellent customer service and embedding the businesses Fairness Charter across the group and monthly management meetings to drive continuous improvement across the business
  • Working with the Head of Audit & Compliance to have an active role in developing and implementing future strategies and initiatives and the achievement of the annual CDER Group business plan
  • Assist in various activities on the successful retention of all existing ISO and PCI accreditations ensuring that effective, proactive plans are implemented and managed to ensure successful achievement of accreditation
  • Maintain the continued compliance for accessing DVLA keeper and vehicle data, including assisting in DVLA audits undertaken by the DVLA to ensure CDER Group companies are complying with the DVLA’s explicit requirements for access
  • Keep informed of any planned legislative or procedural changes within the industry and best practice for audit within the wider public sector and ensure initiatives and new requirements are implemented within the business accordingly

Introduction

Client Officers provide a vital role for CDER group in supporting the Client Team Manager and Client Account Managers in ensuring the delivery of a first-rate service to our clients. The Client Officer will provide day to day support to our clients through telephone and email contact and undertake various administrative duties to support our clients’ needs and requests. Based in Central London the role demands exceptional communication skills and attention to detail ensuring that our clients demands are met and carried out in an accurate and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone, email and web-access support to our clients ensuring client requests are recorded and cases updated accordingly or escalated and monitored for timely resolution
  • Review and distribute weekly and monthly performance reports to clients
  • Facilitate the production of ad-hoc client reports, special requests and statistical information
  • Monitor the timely dispatch of client remittances
  • Ensure invoice and remittance queries are responded to correctly and without delay
  • Identify client web requirements and provide training as required
  • Support the Client Managers in the provision of information and reports required for performance review meetings and the subsequent action of any minuted requests/queries
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure refund requests and complaints via the client are processed within the agreed timescales.

This role is based in Darlington and will report to the Contact Centre Team Leader and Contact Centre Manager.  You will be responsible for the handling of all telephone queries in order to maximise collections for CDER Group.

Your responsibilities will be: –

  • Ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely manner and that responses are in line with company guidelines and procedures
  • Ensure that Debt Recovery responses adhere to all applicable internal and external guidelines
