Enforcement Agent Certification

Expert guidance with our City & Guilds accredited training programme.

TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

If you are self-motivated, enjoy being part of a successful team and are committed to helping people, why not consider our award winning programme. Lasting for approximately 8 weeks, you will be paid a salary and have the opportunity to earn commission throughout the training period.

As well as covering the important technical and legal aspects of working as an Enforcement Agent, our EA programme is designed to equip you with the skills and understanding necessary to become an ethical and successful professional.

The programme includes a mix of classroom training, field experience with experienced senior agents and online training modules to suit all types of learners.

We continue to support all attendees who achieve certification at the end of the programme with one-to-one mentoring with an experienced agent, and continuous development plans to ensure our agents continue to exceed industry best practice.
