How we can help those needing additional support.

SUPPORT FOR VULNERABLE CUSTOMERS

CDER Group is committed to providing effective help and support to our vulnerable customers. We have partnership arrangements in place with a range of specialist organisations who are able to provide tailored assistance and our Welfare Team have received specialist training to enable them to sensitively and effectively assist vulnerable individuals.

We recognise that there is a wide range of circumstances which can result in vulnerability and there is no single approach that is suitable for all. As such every individual is handled on a case by case basis by a named Welfare Agent.

If you are struggling please contact us, the sooner we know the sooner we can assist. We will do our best to help you and ensure that the matter we have contacted you about does not escalate further.

We can provide you with guidance, explain the options available to you and will put you in touch with independent, free support services tailored to your particular circumstances if you wish to seek further assistance.
