CDER Group selected as the winner of the Credit Excellence Awards ‘Helping Vulnerable Customers’ category

CDER Group are proud that our industry leading approach to identifying and supporting vulnerable customers has been recognised by CCR’s expert panel of judges.

This success is testament to the innovative and collaborative approach driven by our Welfare Team, and led by Customer Care and Welfare Director, Carole Kenney, which helps ensure customers struggling with debt are given the coordinated support they need.

The judges commented: “CDER had a great submission. It detailed how the organisation meets a lot of the regulatory guidance, but also goes further. We were impressed by their leadership – both internal senior buy-in and industry leadership too – their use of external training and partnerships and signposting, their personalisation of treatment paths, their use of technology, and finally their funds for supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances.”
