CDER Group is delighted to have retained our Investors in People Silver accreditation, following a comprehensive audit process.
Silver is a fantastic achievement and something only 15% of the organisations assessed by Investors in People achieve.
It means that the right principles are in place but more than that, it means our people and leaders are making active efforts to make sure that there’s real consistency, and everyone in the organisation are feeling the effects!
